Pardeshi has more than 25 years of diverse health care experience, including 11 years in health care investing and 15 years of operating and strategy experience. He is currently a partner at A1A Investment Partners, a health care–focused private credit and equity fund, where he is responsible for value creation within portfolio companies and prospective investments.  He is also a Board member of various healthcare companies.

Previously he was a member of the Truist (formerly SunTrust) Middle Market health care team in Nashville, where he originated more than $750 million in financing opportunities in six years. Prior to that, he held executive leadership roles at CapitalOne Healthcare Financial Services, Sheridan (now Envision), DaVita, Healthways (now Tivity), and WebMD/Emdeon (now Change Healthcare).

Pardeshi earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and computer science and a master’s degree in computer science from Vanderbilt University, as well as an MBA from Owen Graduate School of Management. He was a board member of the Vanderbilt Alumni Association Board from 2017 to 2024, serving as President from 2022 to 2024.  He previously served as a member of the Owen Alumni Board from 2004 to 2010.  He currently serves on the Board of Trust of Vanderbilt University.

Pardeshi’s wife (Natalie) is, and his parents were, all practicing physicians bringing a wealth of first-hand experience to both the clinical and business components of healthcare and the Crux Strategies knowledge base.
