Stephen provides a full range of IT related services including network design and planning, information technology planning and implementation, development of strategic IT planning, internet and wide area network implementation, design and implementation of multi-site frame relay networks, and and virtual private networks. He manages HIPAA security reviews, network security reviews, and assists clients with the selection of computer systems, equipment, and vendors. Stephen managed network and servers for Department of Energy Maintenance and Operations contractor division for nine years and managed network operations and client sites for a physician billing company for five years.
