Melanie has been identifying, evaluating, and executing private equity transactions in the healthcare services sector for more than 17 years. Melanie brings to bear deep healthcare sector expertise as well as capital structuring, acquisition origination, negotiation, work out and restructuring experience. The healthcare relationship network she has built over nearly 20 years further serves to broaden the firm's business development capabilities and provide strong portfolio support. Since 2018, Melanie has sourced over 210 investments with over $3.1B of deal volume. Her healthcare investment track record is nearly $4B with no realized losses.​
