Armas, an associate with the firm, started as an intern in 2014 with King Public Strategies. He graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor's degree in political science with a concentration in state government. After graduating, Armas studied public policy and administration at the University of Tennessee’s Howard Baker Center for Public Policy. During his graduate studies, Armas worked for UT’s Institute for Public Service, the Naifeh Center for Effective Leadership, and the Law Enforcement Innovation Center before becoming a full-time associate with King Public Strategies. During his tenure at King Public Strategies, Armas has worked both offensively and defensively on several legislative issues that have made him a seasoned government relations expert. He now advises on all policy issues, runs communications for the firm and continues to build strong relationships with powerful individuals connected to the industries the firm serves. Armas has proven to be an efficient, highly-motivated individual and a reliable member of the team. We are excited to have him join us at Crux Strategies.
